As part of their mission, they sought to create a compelling animation highlighting the human impact of personal injury and the resilience of those affected.
The goal was to produce an emotive and engaging film that told the story of a motorbike accident survivor through the lens of those closest to him. The animation needed to convey the emotional depth of the experience while aligning with APIL’s mission to provide support and advocacy for those navigating life after personal injury.
We began using real audio from an in-depth interview with the family of the survivor, capturing their raw and heartfelt account of the journey from trauma to recovery. This audio became the foundation of the animation, layered with illustrations that visually brought the story to life.
The animation combined authentic storytelling with impactful visuals to communicate not just the challenges faced by survivors and their families, but also their strength and determination. Every frame was designed to reflect APIL’s ethos of compassion and advocacy, ensuring the film resonated with audiences on both an emotional and human level.
